Our furnace seemed to be broken a couple of weeks ago. Turns out our furnace was really dirty. Also, we were informed you are supposed to change the furnace filter monthly. We have lived in our place now for 17 months and haven't changed the filter once. Oops. Our bad. The furnace works now. Thankfully.

Changing the filter once a month is a bit over the top. Glad that was all that was needed though. With home ownership, you never know what will be next!
I hate being cold in the morning. It makes it darn near impossible to get out of bed. Home ownership certainly has a learning curve. Man, I could tell some stories on that one....
